Denim revisited

I'm now having a lot of fun sewing together scraps of old jeans along with fabric. I want to try surrounding denim scraps with patches. Some time ago I made some quilts that were mostly made from old jeans with only a tiny bit of cotton fabric seaming the denim scraps together. Now I want to try making a quilt that has just as much scrap fabric as denim. We'll just have to see how that works out. It's an experiment.
I've been surfing around the net to look at some blogs of quilters and sewing enthusiasts. What fun, and such colorful posts. Very interesting to see the blogs of folks who sew pincushions, table runners and tea cozies and so forth.

Looking good!

I love to find new blogs, too, and borrow their ideas.

Roz, I like what you've done here; the denim and "regular fabric" combination is really creative. Looks great! Now you have me itching to get back to the denim work!
